I suspect a non-digitized photo-lettering font.
So mixing letters from several fonts and/or editing might be the way to reproduce it. But perhaps it rings a bell with another typophile?

Thanks, Don. You may be right... I'm having a hard time placing it. It shares characteristics with a number of fonts, but I might need to do some editing to create something close enough to pass.

Hi Brendan, another option is to pick a sans that is closest to the letterforms, which appear monoline, and paste the serifs to this framework
