The 'A' is very Stopish, but that's all I got.

The horrible curves on the UC 'S' make me think this could be an entirely custom job. Watch how they join the straight horizontals in a very awkward fashion: no optical adjustment at all.

The '2003' is Eurostile though. =D Arf arf.
