No custom. It is Agency by Font Bureau.

Sadly, it's Bureau Agency Bold that's been squished to death.

Top: original; bottom: someone sat on it. Hard.

it has similarities, but it isn't excactly Agency.

Well, maybe not, but it's awfully damned close. At any rate, the one in the sample is a direct knockoff. Here's the u&lc version of the squished-to-death Agency:

Looks like Yves is right about the b, but if that's a difference that makes or breaks whether you use Agency, I'm sorry, but that's ridiculous.

Almost, Eduardo, but notice the bottom of the lc 'a', 'b' and 'd' are not right. Did anybody else digitize a version of Agency? Or maybe it is a little customized.

Here's a link to show you what I mean. See not the bottom but the top of the bowl of lc 'b'.

I doubt this is a font available for purchase. It's most
likely a knockoff derived from the custom logo. Fan
knockoffs are increasingly common and rarely well-
designed and engineered. So, Tom, the font you need
depends on what you need to use it for.
