A futuristic face with working title "Kotica"
I was deep into the face when I lost a hard drive-so remember to back up boys and girls, 
This seems to lack the depth or the character of
your "Syncratica." Perhaps it's the mono
widths... or the seemingly forced 'curves' in the
J or the various Bs, etc.
But, I can't really put my finger on it.
Regarding all the various "B"s, (reading acorss, left to right, starting in the top row) I prefer the 3rd, 4th and 7th "B"s best. They seem to have the best balance of legibility and innovation, and seem to harmonize best with the other glyphs.
I prefer the 1st "D" and the 2nd "M", too.
