Freeform Serif With Tilde/Flames WWI Era New Book

Love the hand lettering style serif with the tilde/flames on the cover of this new book from UK publisher Spellmount.
I know of several similar fonts by Cooper, Goudy, Colwell etc., but none are a match.
Any suggestions?

I think Shangri La NF by Nick Curtis is a very accurate match to your sample.

Another gem from Nick Curtis -- the most prolific font-maker of our era.
It really works in giving the right period flavor to the book.
According to Nick's font source expert, the Dutch fellow, the design is by Joseph Bertram Jowit and was published in _Modern Show Card Writing (1922)_.
