Custom logo

Need to digitize this custom logo but don't have higher res image to trace - even a similar font would be great - but I haven't been able to find one with this look.

It should be I. F. C. HOTROD TYPE by Anton Krylov (2011, Free for personal use), including the shadow and some white dots that's almost invisible on your sample
