Don't know it, could be hand-drawn. Some I like as alternatives: Gelateria HT, Cookie, Satisfy, Miss Donna, Engagement, Metroscript, Old Glory, Mervale, many Aring Type Måns Grebäck (Brannboll/NY, Impregnable, Intrigue, Amplify, Stainy...)

Glad to help. Totally agree with you. That may be a reason why it could be hand-drawn. It's kind of hard to create a flawless lettering and even with OpenType features and ligatures.

The clarification is helpful. I interpret it as quest for legible, round & loopy.
