Might be a handlettering, the 2 /e look different to me. You might like [Bad link] by Emily (Conners) Lime or some [Bad link] by Sabrina Lopez and Miximiliano Sproviero.

Found 2 more that look closer, [Bad link] and [Bad link] Smal.
I'm probably wrong but I start thinking it could be a custom job based on a mash-up of these up...
One more alternative: [Bad link] by 'Trial by Cupcakes'.
