I think we all feel the urge, Dav. Thanks for sharing this with us. :-)

This is suspiciously starting to sound like a Type Identiholics
Anonymous reunion…

Ooooh, has Hrant been teaching you his trademark toiletcam trick?

BTW This is a piece of Typophile history: the first one minute ID ever.

LOL

I guess if I want to play in the big leagues I need to enable email notification but if I did that I’d never get any work done.

that’s it thank you.

What was all that about retiring and handing the forum over to Dav
and that remark about speed racers in that other thread? :-)

Good moderator, Yves

; )

I really don’t want to start losing valuable people here. This forum
is the best type identification team in the known universe, bar none.
:-)

Yes, you heard it right. I meant you as well, Miss Wardle!

( I am sorry if it sometimes seems like I almost HAVE to ID every single sample I see.. And, I may second Yves on the ‘best type identification team in the known universe’ part.. You all are fabulous.. I love you all.. Soo.. Now you know it.. )

Hear, hear!

You know Typophile.com was mentioned in one of the recent graphics magazines a couple of months ago as one of the best places to have a font identified (it might have been HOW magazine).

Ain’t it the truth!?

I just assumed Dav was in the bathroom or something when that ID popped up.

You wouldn’t lose me anyway — I have learned more about type in the year or so since I’ve been hanging out here than in the previous 18 as a graphic designer.
