Hi, does anyone know what font or similar has been used to create this sign?

Thanks

I suspect this is sign lettering in a style sometimes called flareserif rather than a specific font.
For similar fonts take a look at Flange BQ and similar fonts in the link.

I concur with Don it is most probably a hand-painted lettering for signage and not a font. Some more alternatives now: Symbol ITC, Triplett, Elan ITC, Memo, Hensler 2, Modesto
