difficult to say, as there are so many handwritten fonts out there. It may of even been created manually with a good ol' wacom tablet,

the e's on your sample are slightly different, but it looks like maybe they were tracing/copying Akbar

For the second e they have probably used the Paulson - and modified it a bit to make it suit the Akbar.
