Need some help identifying this font. It looks kinda like Stencil Antiqua but it has the distress cut marks. Any ideas?

Stencil / Stamp Font: Serif and Distressed
It's close to Inkpad, but not quite it. Check out the top of the "A", it has a unique serif. Anyone have any ideas?
