Rieven Uncial is close but does not have the lc e as shown on your sample. American Uncial has the right shape but seems a bit fat, and less the serifs on your sample.

as this is embroidered, you might have luck looking on sites specific to fonts used with those machines.

neue Hammer Unziale could also be helpful.
