PODIUM – Who knows this 20s display font?

Hi guys, I'm looking for this font. WhatTheFont can't find it because it's to blurred, but perhaps someone of you knows this font?

Don't have the answer but with some little tweaking, you could get pretty close starting with Giorgio Sans (using the alternate /O).
