Maybe a blurry version of Helvetica Rounded Cond Bold

I'm thinking it must be custom. Helvetica was close but I didn't give the whole sample. (my bad) I just made it from scratch instead since it was pretty easy. Thanks for you suggestion.

I think you nailed it akira. They did make some little mods with the R and the O, but the rest is spot on!
