Hi,
I submitted this over at whatthefont a few days ago but have had no responses. I would like to also identify the small text that's inset at the top left, (not the kanji of course) but I can submit a larger sample for that if it's too small here. Thanks for any help you can give.

It's so extremely skewed, it's difficult to tell, but Eurostile might be a good match...
