I need help identifying this typeface. I don’t think it’s Times New Roman or Dutch 801

Could be Starling (http://www.fontbureau.com/fonts/Starling/).

Starling is very good option but having a closer look makes me thinking it could be Times and probably one of its more contrasted version Times Ten.
