Spent some time on this but drew a blank.
It's somewhat of an oddball. Seems to be a very plain script doctored with flourishes. I also had no success in finding a similar plain script. Any suggestions as to a plain script?

Don, thanks for having a go at this. It pretty much has everyone stumped at this point. I haven't come close identifying even the plain script.

Bill, about all I have left as a suggestion, is that the S and s are the most distinctive earmarks. Narrow it down to plain scripts with something similar and that at least would be something.
