Can anybody help me identify these 2 fonts?

Hi guys!

Can anyone help me identify these fonts? I've already searched on WhatTheFont and Identifont, but did not find any convincing result...
Maybe they're not commercial fonts. My client did not find the references.

Thanks...

Many thanks defiantone!
For the first one the match is OK, though the letter V seems to be different. Maybe it was reworked on the logo...
