Looks like Friz Quadrata Bold, a bit squashed.

Thanks for the quick feedback. I think those are close, but not exact. I think Flareserif 821 is a closer match than Friz.

I've attached the full version of the image. Maybe the 'E' could give more insight.

Triplett is very close too.

The sign could just be a custom rendition a font. Thanks for the help everyone!
