I've been searching on almost every free font website
trying to find this font on the sign I found online.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Help identifying a font
Is not exactly this one, but is the closest thing I've found
http://www.myfonts.com/fonts/canadatype/wagner-grotesk/
You should have written this post in th TypeID forum:

Cheers!
Why only look on free-font sites?
