Some details reminds me of Mercator but that's not it and none of its reinterpretation: Atlas Grotesk, Circular, Founders Grotesk. Where does this sample come from?

I also thought it might be Circular, but that R is weird...
The sample was found online but the original source escapes me.
Would just like to understand if its an actual font or just these glyphs.
