The Hersheys type logo is a registered trademark and is probably custom, that being said Helvetica (Ultra Compressed) is very close.

@bojev: even if you're totally right about the official Hershey's logo, Washiki asked for a totally different font (which I was not able to identify so far)

How is it different? - I said Helvetica (Ultra Compressed) is close and I was looking at his image when I made that comment.

You are indeed correct the R is very different - and the letters are more compressed.

Can't definitely match such /R and /S at the same time so here are some alternatives (some close for /R, some for /S): Franchise SmallCaps (the one that would need the less adjustments, mainly on /S finials), Dharma Gothic Expanded (overall the closest but /R totally off), Elephantmen Taller Bold (/S off, /R counter to be adjusted), Bourgeois Ultra Condensed (/S off), Berber (/S off), Header, Block Gothic, a mix of Komu A (/R) and Komu B (/S), Tungsten (/R off), Heroic Condensed
