I'm hoping that this at least originated from a font, let me know if you have seen anything like this.

Need help with this font...
Highly unlikely: notice the differences is the lowercase a on the two lines. More likely, it’s hand-lettering: this particular style was popular in the 30s and 40s.
I'm afraid this is not a font, all repeating letters are different. BTW, I like Kari and Mousse Script.
