Fontlab Studio Warning Output - opentype

Can anyone help please - I suddenly get this warning in Fontlab Studio when generating an OpenType font - I haven't changed anything with my metrics key dimension settings.

[WARNING] The feature file OS/2 overrides TypoAscender and TypoDescender do not sum to the font em-square.

What does this mean and where do I correct this? There are no help files and the manual doesn't help!
