This is from the days when men drew letters custom to their use. In other words, not a font.

Okay. Thanks. Any ideas on where I might find something that's a modern day version?

I don't have a perfect match for this one but some good alternatives (mainly from LetterHead Fonts): Antique Shop, Big Shop, Chapman, English Rose, Chateau, Classic Caps, Confection, Avalon, Quaker, Western Rose, Shopfront, Signmaker, Goodfellow, Victorian Swash, fonts tagged "Victorian" at MyFonts

Thanks very much for these suggestions!
