Impossible 70s typeface?

Pookeyblow21 February 2013 · 16:38

Does anyone know which font this is? I've seen it many times before. The image is from the mid 70s.

Does a digital version exist? and does anyone have the original sheet?

Any help is highly appreciated!

Also known as Zelda in Dan Solo's Moderne Alphabets book. There are a couple of digitizations in the abfonts archive.

Some of the fonts at abfonts are not good.
I guess they digitize typefaces without permission. Do you think it’s ok to steal letters designed for football jerseys?
